This super easy Oreo and chocolate tart with berries is made in a few minutes with few ingredients. No oven is needed. The crust is made of Oreos and butter, and it’s filled with cream and chocolate. You can choose whatever chocolate you like, but I had 100 g dark chocolate and 200 g milk chocolate. Top it with your favourite berries. I added some pistachios for the look, but they taste amazing as well with the chocolate and berries. Try it and let me know what you think!
Thanks to my husbands sister who gave me the idea of this recipe!

Recipe for the super easy Oreo and chocolate tart with berries (Chokladpaj med Oreos)
- 2 pack of Oreos (a 154g)
- 100 g salted butter, melted
- 300 g chocolate (I used 100 g dark, and 200 g milk chocolate), chopped
- 2.5 dl whipping cream
- Berries
Crush the Oreos in a mixer and blend with the melted butter. Press the Oreo and butter mix out in a pie/tart pan. I like to use a pan with removable bottom. Use the bottom of a glass to easily press it out. Let the crust rest in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Heat the cream until just before it starts boiling and pour it over the chopped chocolate in a bowl. Let it rest for 5 minutes, and then stir around until it becomes smooth. Pour it in the cold crust and put it in the fridge. Check that the surface is straight because I didn’t and my tart cake out leaning haha.
Top with the berries and any other topping you like.
Make this tart as dark as you want. Try with flavoured chocolate if you like to!
